We are a wellness-focused IV hydration spa helping clients feel their best through IV vitamin therapy, injections, education, and personalized wellness support. Our clients come to us for everything from hydration, energy and immune support to recovery, performance, anti-aging, and overall wellness. We are looking for a nurse who loves people and wants to build real relationships with clients — not just start an IV and walk away. The right person for this position will be confident, friendly, positive, dependable, and excited about working in a fun, younger medspa-style environment. You should enjoy educating clients, learning about wellness therapies, and helping people determine which services may best support their individual goals. There is also a sales component to this position. Our nurses educate clients about memberships, packages, IV series, injections, additives, and other services, so you must be comfortable making recommendations and having sales conversations. We never want our clients to feel pressured, but we do want our nurses to confidently explain options and help clients get the most out of their experience at Prime. This is a hands-on team environment. Everyone helps with clients, cleaning, stocking, answering phones, scheduling, events, and whatever else is needed to keep the spa running smoothly. What You'll Do Perform client assessments and review health histories prior to treatment Perform venipuncture and place peripheral IVs Prepare and administer IV vitamin infusions and IM injections according to established protocols Monitor clients throughout their treatment and recognize when additional assessment or provider involvement is needed Educate clients about IV therapy, micronutrients, injections, and wellness services Help clients create treatment plans based on their wellness goals Recommend memberships, packages, IV series, additives, injections, and other appropriate services Build genuine relationships with clients and provide an elevated, spa-like experience Document treatments accurately in the electronic health record Communicate with our medical provider when needed Schedule appointments, answer phones, review forms, and assist with general customer service Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming spa Participate in events, promotions, and other team activities Jump in and help wherever needed You Might Be a

Great Fit If You:

Have a current, unrestricted Utah Registered Nurse license Have strong peripheral IV skills Hold a current BLS certification Are confident, outgoing, warm, and easy to talk to Truly enjoy connecting with clients and creating relationships Are comfortable with sales and recommending services Enjoy educating people about their health and wellness options Are interested in preventative and proactive approaches to wellness Are interested in nutrition, micronutrients, IV therapy, aesthetics, or medspa services Are organized and able to manage multiple clients and priorities Have great communication and customer service skills Are comfortable working in a busy environment Are dependable, flexible, and a strong team player Enjoy a relaxed but professional work environment with a fun, positive team Previous IV, infusion, medspa, or similar experience is preferred, but we are most interested in finding the right personality, strong IV skills, and someone who fits well with our team. Schedule We are currently looking for someone available approximately 1-2 days per week with the ability to start immediately. Some weekend availability may be needed. Additional hours may become available as the business grows.

Compensation Starting pay:

$30/hour In addition to base pay, nurses may earn: Tips Sales commission Tips and commission can add additional hourly earning potential based on performance and client volume. This is a part-time position and does not currently include health insurance or traditional employee benefits.
