Overview:
Hourly pay rate: $30.00 to $39.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:
12-hour shift 3 times a week. Including 1 weekend shift every other weekend Looking to make a difference and be part of an amazing and growing team in an amazingly beautiful setting? Join us at Embark's short term adolescent residential treatment center in Springville, Utah, located in the beautiful Wasatch Mountain Range only a half hour from the Salt Lake Valley. Students live in a family style residence where community and interpersonal relationships are encouraged. Our staff offer guidance and support to adolescents and their families that include multi-modal family system approaches to amplify and solidify change.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care, including routine health needs and medical emergencies. Administer and document medications accurately, including controlled substances. Conduct timely health assessments and monitor vital signs, weight, mood, and behavior Coordinate lab work and accompany residents to medical appointments Communicate relevant medical information to parents, the Nursing Director, and Treatment Team Collaborate with therapists and psychiatric providers to support treatment plans Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
Active RN/LPN License Must be at least 21 years of age or older Experience working in a behavioral health setting. Experience with adolescents. Strong clinical skills including assessments, medication management, and monitoring vitals. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
