Qualifications Qualifications:

Current license as a licensed LPN/RN from the Utah State Board of Nursing 1-year Skilled nursing facility experience Good verbal and written communication skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to effectively problem solve Provide excellent customer service Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home care and hospice criteria preferred Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and 10A criteria Share job details to
