A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. PRN (8 hr shifts)- 6:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm or 10:00pm

For more information visit www.bbhsnet.com Your role & responsibilities include: Completing assessments and plan of care on assigned patients and provides individualized nursing care Administers medications as assigned and serves as a resource for knowledge of medication uses; including educating residents about their medications Check for proper medication orders, dosage, side effects and documents medications according to policy Respond to and assesses resident's medical needs and promotes and provides health care teaching to residents Be proactive in identifying potential crisis situations and responding appropriately Function as a leader on the unit to ensure the unit is operating in a safe and therapeutic manner Qualifications Your Qualifications include: Licensed as a RN in the State of Utah or authorization to practice in Utah Prefer one year of experience, BUT are willing to consider the right new graduate Possess a strong work ethic, responsible attendance and punctuality Must be capable of passing a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen EEO Statement- We believe that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success.
