1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Home Health position requiring OASIS experience and a Virginia or Compact RN license currently in hand. Details Adult home health work setting Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00-16:30) Floating may be requested based on facility needs Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate Requirements Active VA or Compact RN license currently in hand Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Prior home health nursing experience required OASIS experience required Home health experience must be within the last year SSN and copy of driver's license required for consideration One supervisory reference required for consideration Additional Information Local candidates are accepted at the same rate Prior permanent employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 6 months before beginning a travel assignment RTO should be kept to a minimum — no more than 7 days total and preferably no full calendar weeks off; all RTO must be disclosed upfront, as no additional requests will be approved after an offer is extended Travel experience is not required — first-time travelers are welcome to apply Candidates may not simultaneously hold both a travel assignment and a per diem contract with this health system
