Role:

It's 8:30pm. A parent walks in with a sick child, unsure how worried they should be. They didn't want to wait days for care. They didn't want a non-pediatric urgent care. That's why we built KidsWatch. We're a modern pediatric practice offering primary care + same-day care , with hours that actually work for families.

What You'll Do:

Well child visits and preventative care Same-day sick visits and minor injuries Mix of scheduled and walk-in patients Collaborate with physicians as needed

Why This Role Is Different:

No patient panel No inbox or after-hours work Flexible, shift-based scheduling 2 MAs per shift (you focus on care) On-site x-ray, labs, and procedures

Schedule Options:

Mornings:

8am-4pm

Evenings:

4pm-10pm Weekends available Flexible or consistent shifts

Compensation:

$70•75/hour (daytime) $80•85/hour (evenings/weekends) Bonus opportunities as volume grows
