Job Description

TriSource is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join a residential treatment team in Bristow, VA. The RN will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of residents through comprehensive clinical care, assessments, and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, with alternating weekends (two weekdays off when working a weekend) Key Responsibilities Perform clinical assessments to identify, evaluate, and coordinate resident health needs. Manage care for residents with physical and behavioral health concerns in collaboration with the care team. Conduct new admission assessments and complete all documentation within required timeframes. Provide first aid and follow-up care for acute medical issues. Draw blood, administer injections, and perform waived laboratory testing. Oversee and participate in medication administration, auditing, and training for med techs per MATY protocol. Ensure compliance with DBHDS and DSS standards and maintain complete and accurate medical documentation. Collaborate with the Medical Director, case managers, and therapists to promote holistic, person-centered care. Support staff development and provide in-service training for clinical and residential staff. Assist with supply management, equipment upkeep, and medication inventory control. Participate in on-call rotations and provide support as needed to ensure 24-hour medical coverage. Qualifications Active Virginia RN License (required) CPR, First Aid, and BLS certification (required) Experience in adolescent, psychiatric, and/or case management nursing (required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Salary Range:
$90,000-$110,000/YR #IND1
