Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-Tele Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic Telemetry nursing role where your expertise and compassion contribute directly to patient recovery and care. This contracted position is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are dedicated to delivering high-quality monitoring and support to patients with cardiac or complex medical needs.
Key Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license Demonstrated experience in Telemetry nursing Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms, interpretation, and intervention protocols Proficient in telemetry equipment and monitoring systems Exceptional assessment and critical thinking abilities Effective communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Schedule/Hours:
Shifts and hours will be discussed during the interview process, offering options to fit a variety of availability
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide vigilant, continuous monitoring of telemetry patients Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for adult and geriatric patients Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to communicate changes in patient condition and ensure optimal care outcomes Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately Document patient care accurately and promptly in electronic health records Respond quickly to cardiac emergencies, using established protocols and clinical judgment Provide patient education on procedures, treatments, and ongoing home care as needed This contract role offers the opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives while expanding your technical and clinical skills in a supportive setting.
