Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine suitability for various aesthetic treatments while explaining procedures clearly. Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols during all procedures to ensure client safety. Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and realistic outcomes to foster trust and satisfaction. Manage detailed medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with the medical team to develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals. Laser training provided onsite. Experience Valid RN license with current registration in the relevant state or country. Proven experience in medical office settings with a focus on aesthetic or dermatological procedures preferred. Familiarity with botulinum toxin (Botox) treatments and dermal filler injections. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques. Experience working with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner is highly desirable. Prior background in nursing specialties such as ophthalmology, dermatology, or critical care enhances your ability to excel in this role. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and outcomes.
