Key Qualifications:

Current RN license in good standing Minimum one year of relevant experience in an Emergency Room setting Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in high-pressure situations

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care in the Emergency Room, triaging patient needs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Respond quickly to emergent situations, administering interventions according to facility protocols Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Document care accurately and efficiently using electronic health records Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards
