Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license. Minimum of 1 year recent ICU nursing experience required. BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA). Strong critical thinking, assessment, and decision-making skills. Experience with EMR charting systems preferred. Excellent communication and adaptability within fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Monitor and assess patient progress, implementing timely interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety protocols. Educate patients and families on treatment regimens and progress.
