Coordinate and deliver individualized, patient-centered nursing care in a float pool setting. Collaborate with medical providers and care teams, assess and manage patient needs, educate patients and families, and advocate for safe, high-quality outcomes. An associate degree and at least two years of experience in medical-surgical, emergency, or intensive care nursing are required.
