Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in the ICU, monitoring and assessing patients with acute and complex conditions Administer medications, perform critical procedures, and interpret diagnostic tests as necessary Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care planning and communication Document patient progress accurately in medical records Respond quickly to emergencies and use advanced life support techniques Provide support and education to patients and their families

Qualifications:
