Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in the ICU, monitoring and assessing patients with acute and complex conditions Administer medications, perform critical procedures, and interpret diagnostic tests as necessary Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care planning and communication Document patient progress accurately in medical records Respond quickly to emergencies and use advanced life support techniques Provide support and education to patients and their familiesQualifications:
Current and valid RN license Minimum of one year of recent ICU nursing experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking, clinical, and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and protocolsBenefits & Perks:
