Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum of 2 years ICU experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to high-quality patient care
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in a dynamic ICU setting Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans and improve outcomes Monitor and assess patient status, adjusting interventions as needed Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families Maintain detailed, timely, and accurate clinical documentation
