Job Description:

provides necessary supervision, comprehensive evaluation, and treatment of Home Health patients patient's needs shall be monitored ongoing and actions/reports completed as necessitated promotes and ensures the improved outcomes of the patient's clinical condition provides supervision of LPNs and CNAs that assist in the patient's care

Job Requirements:

All applicants must possess an RN license to work in the state of Virginia and CPR certified Home Health experience is REQUIRED- or something comparable as Hospice Must have a valid driver's license and provide own transportation. Daily travel is required within the service area

Pay:

$38.00 - $42.00 per hour
