Job Duties:
- Medication Administration, Physical & Mental Health Assessment, shift oversight of mental health therapy aides, Evaluation of therapeutic milieu, patient groups, client documentation, Shift Charge, Orientation of new staff, deescalation/restraints prn Minimum requirements, including licenses and certifications:
- Valid RN license in New York, Drivers license, AHA BLS CPR certification, NYS Mandated Reporter Training Vaccination requirements:
- MMR, PPD, influenza during active season OMH required training (This training will be provided by OMH):
