No dermatology experience? No problem. Comprehensive training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for nurses interested in developing new skills in a specialty setting. Candidates with surgical experience are encouraged to apply. Schedule Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Approximately 15 hours per week Opportunity to pick up additional daytime shifts based on clinic needs Flexible scheduling available for candidates seeking additional hours What You'll Do As a valuable member of the clinical team, you will: Deliver exceptional patient-centered nursing care Assist providers with dermatologic procedures and treatments Prepare patients for procedures and support post-procedure recovery Assist with minor surgical procedures as needed Monitor patient status before, during, and after treatments Provide patient education regarding medications, wound care, and treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines Create a compassionate and positive patient experience Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Virginia Strong clinical judgment and patient-care skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Dermatology experience not required; training provided Surgical experience preferred but not required Previous experience in outpatient, ambulatory, specialty, or surgical settings is a plus Why Join This Practice?
