- Suffolk, VA ~Full Time & Day Shift~ 40 hours/week Hours Monday
Friday:
8:30am- 5pm, along with a weekend rotation of approximately every 4 weeks, and holiday and on-call commitments. Education RN-Bachelor's Degree OR RN-Master's Degree OR RN-Doctorate Degree Certification/Licensure Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Compact/Multi-State License OR Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Single State
- Virginia Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Certification
- American Heart Association (AHA) Case Management (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC or CMGT-BC) certification required within one year of eligibility Experience 3 years of nursing experience (required) 3 years Case Management experience (preferred) Healthcare experience refers to the care delivered in one of the following settings: hospital or an acute care facility
