Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills Adaptability to fast-paced settings Ability to thrive in diverse team environments
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care to individuals requiring cardiac monitoring on Telemetry units Continuously assess patient condition, recognizing and responding to changes Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans Safely administer medications and monitor patient responses Educate patients and their families regarding cardiopulmonary health, procedures, and ongoing care Accurately document patient information in compliance with facility protocols
