As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our team on a part-time basis . We are looking for someone who is passionate about the aesthetics industry, experienced with neurotoxins and dermal fillers , and committed to providing safe, natural-looking results and exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate has hands-on injecting experience, formal aesthetic training, confidence in their clinical skills, and the ability to connect with patients while providing education and personalized treatment recommendations. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, compassionate, and professional injector who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to continue growing within the aesthetics industry. Responsibilities Provide an exceptional standard of patient care while following all clinical and safety protocols Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injectables within scope of practice Conduct thorough consultations and assessments for new and returning patients Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and aesthetic goals Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and maintenance Provide appropriate follow-up care and address patient questions or concerns Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and overall experience Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, medical history, and patient notes Take appropriate before-and-after photographs Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, products, and equipment according to clinical standards Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing patients Participate in continuing education, training, team meetings, and occasional promotional activities Work collaboratively with providers, management, and support staff Qualifications Active and unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in Virginia Previous hands-on aesthetic injecting experience required Formal training and experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and patient safety Experience in a Medspa, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or physician office preferred Strong consultation, communication, and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and patient-focused Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for aesthetics, patient education, and continued professional development Ability to maintain a consistent part-time schedule Compensation & Schedule Starting pay: $45.00 per hour Commission opportunities Part-time position Flexible scheduling based on practice needs and candidate availability In-person position at our Vienna, Virginia location About Aura Medspa Aura Medspa provides a wide range of advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments in a professional, welcoming, and patient-focused environment.
