Registered Nurse Case Manager Req #8090 Colchester, VT, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Monday, June 15, 2026 at 1:00 AM We are TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) a professional solutions contracting and consulting firm supporting several military installations and federal agencies across the nation. TSS seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Case Managers to support the Vermont Army National Guard's (VTARNG) Non-Clinical Case Management mission at Camp Johnson, VT. RN Case Managers are responsible for executing day-to-day case management functions, coordinating care for Service Members, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation to support medical readiness and deployability. RN Case Managers are essential to the execution of medical case management services, ensuring timely care coordination, accurate documentation, and compliance with all contract requirements to support VTARNG Soldier readiness.
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities Case Management & Care Coordination
  • Coordinate all aspects of non-clinical case management to support Soldier medical readiness
  • Manage case intake, assessments, and tracking in accordance with established timelines
  • Coordinate care with military health systems, civilian providers, and Soldier commands
  • Support the preparation and management of MEB/PEB case files and board activities Documentation & System Management
  • Establish eCase profiles within one (1) workday of provider referral
  • Document all encounters, communications, and medical information within three (3) business days
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in Government systems (e.g., MEDCHART, eCase)
  • Upload and track medical documentation in accordance with contract and regulatory requirements Medical Readiness & Reporting
  • Track and monitor Soldier medical readiness and case status
  • Support monthly reporting requirements, including case status and
MRC3/DRC3
tracking
  • Coordinate with units and providers to ensure timely completion of medical requirements Operational & Event Support
  • Provide support for Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) and mobilization events
  • Assist with surge and contingency workload requirements
  • Ensure case files are complete and ready for review prior to boards and readiness events Team Coordination
  • Work under the direction of the Lead RN Case Manager / Contract Manager
  • Collaborate with Medical Records Technicians to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
  • Support workload balancing and continuity of operations Compliance, Security & Training
  • Comply with HIPAA, Privacy Act, and all DoD and VTARNG policies
  • Protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) at all times
  • Maintain eligibility for CAC issuance and Tier 1 background investigation

What You Bring:
Must Haves
  • Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant clinical or case management experience
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a Tier 1 background investigation and CAC
  • Ability to meet installation access and training requirements Nice to Haves
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) or equivalent certification
  • Experience supporting Military Health System (MHS) environments
  • Familiarity with
MEDCHART, MEDPROS, MHS
GENESIS, or similar systems Work Environment
  • Primary duty location: Green Mountain Armory, Camp Johnson, Colchester, VT
  • Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 0730-1630
  • Required support for weekend and mobilization readiness events
