Desired Qualifications and Skills:
Valid RN license, eligible to practice in Vermont Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and electronic health record systems
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond rapidly to changes in patient status Document patient information accurately and promptly Provide support to families and communicate updates regarding patient care and prognosis

The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
