POSITION SUMMARY
LPN or RN on day and night shift assist in providing licensed nursing care and supervision to residents, as well as supervision of the care provided by Licensed Nursing Assistants or other designated care providers.

12-HOUR SHIFTS (RECEIVE 40 HRS FOR 3-12's)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and report findings promptly to the appropriate supervisor or physician.
  • Document all care provided, assessments, and interventions in the resident's medical record.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
  • Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout the facility.
  • Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure understanding of care plans and resident needs.
  • Supervise and support Licensed Nursing Assistants in delivering quality care.
