Manages staff caseloads, conducts supervision, participates in hiring, orientation, training, and performance evaluations. Ensures compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing regulations. Facilitates team meetings, promotes continuing education, and supports quality improvement initiatives. Acts as backup in the absence of the Clinical Director, assists with clinical planning, and manages staffing coverage. Demonstrates professional behavior, adheres to policies, maintains confidentiality, and fosters positive interpersonal relations.
