Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings, utilizing your extensive clinical skills and compassionate approach. Your expertise will support patient recovery, comfort, and safety while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive healthcare services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in Residents' lives through proactive care and clinical excellence. Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems in Point Click Care. Administer medications, injections, and other treatments following strict aseptic techniques and protocols. Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop effective case management strategies, and long-term care plans for diverse populations including geriatrics. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Point Click Care. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in memory care settings; familiarity with Geriatrics and behavioral health is advantageous. Knowledge of infection control practices, aseptic techniques, and laboratory procedures ensures safe resident care delivery. Additional experience in home & community care, occupational health, or outpatient clinics will strengthen your application. $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
