Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; flexible schedule with a mix of day and night shifts depending on facility needs
Key Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 2 years' recent ICU clinical experience Strong critical thinking, communication, and multi-tasking skills BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Ability to thrive in dynamic and changing environments
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care for critically ill adults with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and utilize advanced ICU equipment and technology Collaborate in rapid response and emergency situations Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses with attention to accuracy and detail
