Med Surg/Telemetry Location:

Springfield, VT Pay:

$2,422 gross/week

Shift:

Nights Schedule:

3x12-Hour Shifts | 36

Hours/Week Job Type:

Travel Contract We are seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel nursing opportunity in Springfield, Vermont. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to Med Surg and Telemetry patients Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor changes in patient condition Monitor telemetry and recognize abnormal cardiac rhythms Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
