Key Qualifications:
Current, active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent ICU nursing experience (travel and floating experience a plus) BLS and ACLS certifications required Critical thinking, time management, and effective communication skills Adaptability to new clinical settings and practices

Provide evidence-based, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff to implement patient care plans Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to interventions Respond rapidly to emergent situations using advanced clinical judgment Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and care processes What's in it for you?
