As an RN, you will support the Director in overseeing the daily operations of our Health Services Department, ensuring high-quality care and services are provided to our residents. In this role, you will assist with managing the nursing staff, coordinating care with families and external providers, and ensuring compliance with our community's standards and regulatory requirements. Your strong leadership and attention to detail will play a vital role in maintaining the quality of care our residents receive.

On-Call Rotation Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (R.N.) with a valid Vermont license CPR and First Aid certification Leadership experience in healthcare or equivalent If you are detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for caregiving, we encourage you to apply for this position.
