Assess patients, administer medications, monitor conditions, and implement individualized care plans. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Accurately document patient care using the facility's Meditech EMR system. Float to other departments as needed and participate in the facility's rotation. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and patient-safety requirements. Provide holiday coverage as required. Requirements Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg RN experience . Current, active Washington State RN license or qualifying multistate license . Current

BLS/BCLS

certification . Current ACLS certification . Current NIHSS certification . #HC1
