Arlington Health and Rehabilitation is one of the last privately owned and operated skilled nursing communities around. We are a small facility with a mix of rehab and long term care residents. Our residents are truly living their best lives! We are currently interviewing RN applicants for evening shift and night shift, prn or part time availability. If you want to work with a fun team, while getting to deliver true resident centered care, we are the company for you! The right candidate will have a great attitude and be willing to deliver superior customer service to our residents and their families. An applicant must have a current RN license, be able to pass a comprehensive background check, read and write English, and have excellent assessment and customer service skills. We offer very competitive pay that can be discussed at the time of an interview. If an employee of Arlington Health and Rehab refers a RN and they are hired, we will give the new hire $500.00 after 90 days and the referring employee $500.00 after the new hire has been here for 90 days.
