1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced CVOR RN for a cardiovascular operating room position requiring travel experience and proficiency in both scrubbing and circulating. Details Work in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) of a hospital setting Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM Requires 1-2 overnight call shifts per week and 1-2 weekend shifts per month Must be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating duties Cases include CABGs, valve replacements, aneurysm repairs, and thoracic procedures such as robotic lobectomies and TAVRs Floating within the hospital may be required based on patient care needs Requirements Active Washington (WA) RN license or compact license required, must be in hand Required AHA certifications Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience preferred Prior travel RN experience required EPIC charting experience required Must be able to both scrub and circulate for complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases Additional Information Provide direct surgical support for a range of cardiovascular and thoracic procedures Complete facility-required orientation modules, typically taking 8-12 hours Local candidates accepted at the same rate as non-local travelers Travel pairs accepted Former staff must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being considered for a travel assignment Maximum of 5 days RTO permitted per assignment, must be disclosed prior to starting
