Epic (proficient user required) Requirements Active Washington Nurse Practitioner license in hand at submission Documentation of hematology / medical oncology services within the previous 24 months representative of requested privileges (may be waived for applicants who completed training within the previous year) BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
