RN - ICU

Stepdown | Full-Time Nights (0.9 FTE) Are you an experienced RN looking to advance your career in a high-acuity, supportive environment? Pay Range:

$45.78 - $82.98 per hour, based on experience and applicable union agreements.

You'll:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Delegate and coordinate care appropriately Document care accurately within the electronic health record Support quality, safety, and patient-centered care initiatives

Qualifications Required:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire At least one year of recent Progressive Care, Stepdown, or Intermediate Care RN experience (within the last 36 months), or current competency to practice independently in the department

Preferred:

BSN Previous leadership experience Required Within 6

Months of Hire:
