Join PeaceHealth's ICU Stepdown team, where you'll care for patients transitioning from intensive care while working alongside a collaborative, highly skilled care team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes.Pay Range:
$45.78 - $82.98 per hour, based on experience and applicable union agreements.Additional Incentives:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Delegate and coordinate care appropriately Document care accurately within the electronic health record Support quality, safety, and patient-centered care initiativesQualifications Required:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire At least one year of recent Progressive Care, Stepdown, or Intermediate Care RN experience (within the last 36 months), or current competency to practice independently in the departmentPreferred:
BSN Previous leadership experience Required Within 6Months of Hire:
