Responsibilities include:

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care Providing skilled nursing care to newborns with specialized medical needs Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes Educating and supporting families throughout their baby's care journey Accurately documenting care and maintaining regulatory and quality standards Delegating and coordinating patient care activities as appropriate Participating in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives Cross-training within Postpartum and Pediatric units to support comprehensive family-centered care What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire Minimum one year of acute care neonatal experience OR six months of experience in a Level III NICU or higher Demonstrated expertise in neonatal patient care Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Neonatal ICU experience Additional experience within Women's and Children's inpatient services Department Requirements Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 6 months of hire
