As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of dialysis treatment and patient care. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing education and support to patients and their families Supervising Dialysis Technicians and adjusting treatment plans as needed Monitoring patient outcomes and administering medications Participating in quality improvement projects Collaborating with social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists To be successful in this role, you will need: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card from the American Heart Association Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Previous dialysis experience required Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing preferred Flexibility to work at any clinic location on the peninsula (Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Port Townsend) Ability to work any shift (AM/PM) schedule depending on staffing needs Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
