This assignment will cover multiple clinic locations, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, and rarely Port Townsend. Licensure & CertificationMust have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license.
Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card with American Heart Association.
ExperienceMinimum 1 year nursing experience.
Previous Dialysis experience, required.
Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred.
Location & HoursMust be able to work at any PSKCs clinic located on the peninsula (Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Port Townsend).Must be able to work any shift (AM/PM) schedule depending upon staffing needs.
Dialysis RN Bremerton, WA OPEN Job Description Job Description:
The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC). The RN will be responsible for providing education to patients, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans per standing orders, care plans, monitoring the patients outcomes, administer medications, participating in quality improvement projects, and collaborating with other members of the patients care team (social worker, dietitians, and nephrologist). This is a chronic, in-center position that would cover our peninsula locations, working any day Monday - Saturday.
