A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team. $5,000 Welcome Bonus (FT) $5.00 Shift Differential from 6PM to 6AM As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being. As an RN, you will: Train staff and assist the director of nursing Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans Know and follow infection control and safety procedures Review, update and communicate resident care documentation. Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
