Job Description

Cashmere Post Acute is looking for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility in Cashmere! We are a 95-bed facility specializing in short and long-term care. If you have a desire to work in an engaging environment with a team of professionals dedicated to the well-being of the residents and community we serve, we would love to meet you!
Starting pay:
$43-$49hour (Depending on experience) Currently seeking DAY shift You will provide direct patient care to short stay, sub-acute patients upon discharge from the hospital as well as long term care residents. Enteral Tube feedings Observe and record patient behavior Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options Maintenance of IV lines (Midline, PICC, Port of Cath) Wound Care (wound vacs, drains, dressing changes) Palliative and End of Life care Educating patients, families and staff on disease processes Required qualifications for this position include: Degree in nursing Successfully complete and pass background check Preferred qualifications for this position include: In Long Term care Supervisory experience with nursing assistants (NAC's) Experience with an interdisciplinary team
