Our healthcare partner is seeking a skilled RN to join their team and provide exceptional care to patients in a 25-bed critical access hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working through the upcoming holiday season. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring patient safety through preventative measures. You will utilize your expertise in Med Surg and PCU settings to provide comprehensive care and education to patients and their families. Your ability to flex across departments as needed will be essential in maintaining seamless operations and patient satisfaction. Provide patient education using appropriate modalities Ensure patient safety through preventative measures and adherence to policies Operate and troubleshoot equipment in PCU/Telemetry/Med Surg areas Implement infection control and isolation procedures Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and interventions Complete and ensure accuracy of physician orders Communicate effectively with other departments and report critical lab values Restock emergency carts and supplies as needed Need 1 year experience in setting WA license must be ACTIVE Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
