$70/hr on W2 Position Overview We, Sight Spectrum LLC , are actively recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Outpatient Services team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience in Pre-Op, Post-Op, PACU, Phase II Recovery, Endoscopy, and Infusion Services. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in SSSU, PACU, Pre-Op, or Post-Op nursing. Strong clinical skills in pre-operative and post-operative care, PACU, Phase II recovery, endoscopy, and infusion services. Excellent nursing assessment, patient education, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to post-anesthesia and post-operative complications. Flexibility to float throughout the Outpatient Services department based on staffing and patient care needs. Job Responsibilities The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care throughout the Outpatient Services department, including: Day Surgery Endoscopy Lab Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Pre-Operative Clinic Phase II Recovery Infusion Services Conscious sedation support for special procedures and other hospital needs Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments, providing perioperative education and care, monitoring patients before and after procedures, identifying potential complications, and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care throughout the patient's outpatient experience.

Pay:

$43.84 - $52.80 per hour
