Job Overview Integrated Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis at a LTC, Rehab, facility in Colville, Washington . This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery in a supportive rehabilitation environment. CNAs will work alongside nurses and clinical staff to ensure residents receive attentive, respectful, and professional care. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations Support residents with safe transfers, repositioning, and ambulation Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Communicate changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and patient safety guidelines Document care provided in accordance with facility procedures Interested??
