Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers Partner with providers and care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes Support efficient patient flow and department operations Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities Utilize and expand a broad clinical skill set in a dynamic critical access setting What We're Looking For Current RN license in Washington State Minimum one year of recent Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience Current BLS certification ACLS and Washington Food Handler Card required at hire TNCC, ENPC, and PALS required within 12 months of hire Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills Comprehensive Benefits Designed Around You At PeaceHealth, we're committed to caring for our caregivers.Benefits include:
