Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (Psychiatric)

This is a 1099 independent contractor role , structured to align with Washington State regulatory expectations : Providers maintain full control over clinical decision-making, scheduling, and caseload Providers function as independent businesses , not employees No employer control over the manner and means of care delivery Providers are responsible for maintaining their own licensure, insurance, and business compliance Psychiatric ARNPs practice within their respective Washington State scope of practice and prescriptive authority laws Qualifications Psychiatric ARNP (PMHNP preferred): Active Washington State ARNP license with prescriptive authority Board certification in psychiatric mental health (preferred)

All Providers Must:
