Core Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members Review and evaluate patients medical, surgical, and medication histories Provide education regarding medical conditions and prescribed medications Identify gaps in care and recommend appropriate actions for improvement No treatment plan development or medication prescribing required

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington Current CPR certification (BLS) Board certification through the AANP or ANCC At least 6 months of current NP experience preferred MSN degree from an accredited nursing program This role offers a competitive rate of $80$90 per completed evaluation, along with a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
