Job Description

Accountable Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings. In this flexible role, you'll perform assessments, administer medications, implement care plans, and document outcomes while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You'll educate patients and families, uphold infection control and safety standards, and adapt quickly to new environments. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatment interventions following physician orders and facility protocols Monitor, document, and report patient status, vital signs, and responses to treatment using electronic health records Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and facility staff to develop and update individualized care plans Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, discharge instructions, and ongoing care needs Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards across varied clinical settings Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other ancillary staff as appropriate to assignment Respond to emergencies, prioritize care in fast-paced environments, and escalate concerns promptly Participate in orientation to new facilities and adapt quickly to different workflows, policies, and technologies Required Skills Patient assessment IV therapy and medication administration Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation Care planning and coordination Wound care management Telemetry and vital sign monitoring Infection control practices Patient and family education Emergency response and triage Interdisciplinary team collaboration
