A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.
The base pay range for this position is $125,000.00-$150,000.00 Annual however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Work with the healthcare team to provide patients with medical care services within the standard of care for

patients. Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop treatment plans. Conducts thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations and diagnostic tests. Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications and treatment regimens to treat identified and documented medical conditions. Order laboratory and diagnostic tests, and refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate. Analyze reports, test results, medical records and examinations to diagnose condition of patients and propose treatment options. Discuss potential side effects of medication/treatment with patients and ensure that all allergy information is up-to-date before prescribing medication/treatment. Provide advice to patients for lifestyle and diet changes that may improve their health or help treat the health issue they are experiencing. Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required. You Have:
Maintain NP or PA licensure, in good standing, acceptable in the State of Washington. Board certified or board eligible NP or PA. Demonstrates the ability to perform the required technical skills for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Demonstrates the ability to perform the required technical skills for specific department. Ability to learn and adapt to technology. Initiates and participates in activities that enhance daily operations of the clinic and organization. Ability to manage time, tasks, and resources appropriately. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with colleagues, patients, and customers. Strong typing skills. Ability to read and write clearly, and understand policies, labels, and written instructions.
