Required Skills & Experience:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum 1 year recent ICU experience BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Ability to adapt rapidly and function within a fast-paced, acute care setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ready to start within 7-10 days of offer acceptance Candidates must live 60+ miles away to qualify for travel status
Schedule:
Rapid response assignments with start flexibility to coincide with monthly NEO dates (Jan-Dec offerings) Specific shift information provided during interview
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to ICU patients Monitor, assess, and document patient progress; respond effectively to emergent situations Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams Educate patients and support families, providing both empathy and expertise
