Job Description

10-Hour Shifts | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives? We are seeking compassionate, dependable RNs with ventilator and tracheostomy experience to provide exceptional one-on-one care in the home. This position has opportunity to transition into consistent part-time or full-time hours.

What You'll Do:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy management Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Respond confidently to patient needs while maintaining a safe environment Educate and support family members and caregivers Communicate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in WA Previous ventilator and tracheostomy experience is required Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Excellent communication and documentation abilities Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes We're Looking For Someone Who...
