  • 175,000 per year + quarterly incentive bonus HealthCare Recruiters International is recruiting for a recognized national provider of home health and hospice services seeking an experienced Branch Operations Director
  • RN to lead home health operations across the Renton, Tacoma, and Lynnwood, Washington locations.
This senior leadership opportunity is for an experienced home health professional who combines strong clinical knowledge with operational, financial, and people-management expertise. The Branch Operations Director will be responsible for overall territory performance, including clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staff development and retention, operational performance, and financial results. Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Washington State RN license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of health-related professional experience, with the education, knowledge, and leadership ability to effectively direct a home health program
  • 3-5 years of management and administrative leadership experience in home health care
  • Demonstrated experience managing the profit and loss (P&L) performance of a home health branch or territory
  • Strong knowledge of home health operations, clinical standards, and state and federal regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and retain clinical and operational staff
  • Experience successfully working within a matrixed organization and collaborating across multiple departments
  • Multi-site or multi-branch leadership experience preferred Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership for the daily operations and clinical services of the assigned home health territory, including multiple branch locations.
  • Direct agency operations to ensure patients receive high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care.
  • Drive operational and financial performance in accordance with established key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational goals.
  • Provide administrative oversight of clinical services and the delivery of quality care throughout the territory.
  • Ensure agency policies and procedures are consistently implemented and maintained in accordance with professional standards and all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Oversee the selection, onboarding, training, coaching, development, and performance management of staff.
  • Develop strong leaders within the organization through regular coaching, feedback, and performance discussions.
  • Monitor employee retention and territory attrition, identify at-risk staff, and implement action plans to improve engagement and retention.
  • Manage branch and territory performance with accountability for P&L and overall financial results.
  • Partner effectively with clinical, operational, sales, recruiting, human resources, finance, and other departments to achieve territory and organizational objectives.
  • Successfully navigate a matrixed business environment by building strong relationships, influencing cross-functional partners, and operating within a shared-responsibility model.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, clinical excellence, and exceptional patient service. Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $150,000
